All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be issued after delivery.

When you purchase a beat, you are granted rights according to the license you select:

• Non-Exclusive License: You may use the beat for your own projects, but we retain the right to sell the same beat to other customers.
   
• Exclusive License: The beat is removed from the store and sold only to you. You are granted full usage rights, subject to the terms of the exclusive license agreement.
   

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim production credit unless explicitly agreed upon.

All content on this website—including beats, audio files, graphics, logos, and text—is the intellectual property of  Zane Lehman/ Neurological Productions LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission.

All payments are processed securely via [PayPal, Stripe, BeatStars, etc.].
Once payment is confirmed, digital products will be delivered via email or direct download.

We make no guarantees regarding the success, distribution, or profitability of any project using our beats or services.

Under no circumstances will Zane Lehman / Neurological Productions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ny, United States, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
